Music Man is a new music store but it’s owner has over 30 years of retail experience including owning and operating Blue Water Music Ltd. for many years. John Guilbeault has been part of the music industry for 50 years. This venture starts as a 10 year old guitar player who still performs today in several bands. During this time, he acquired the knowledge of the recording and live sound industry as well as being a meticulous audio/video installer.Trained in the THX/Dolby George Lucas Films Home Theater sound systems at Hybrid College in Vancouver. Also accomplished was a 3 year stint as a independent music instrument rep for music stores in BC and Alberta representing professional lines as Dean Guitars, Nord pianos, DDrums, BRTB Cables, Db technologies P.A. systems, and more….
Member of C.A.R.A.S. and a Juno awards judge for the past 10 years. A member of SOCAN and NAMM ,music industry member.
