Petrasek Artisan Bakery is a family-owned European bakery in downtown Penticton, run by Jan and Sylvia, who are originally from Slovakia.

Everything is traditionally handcrafted and made from scratch in house, from crusty loaves to flaky pastries and cakes, using local ingredients wherever possible.

The bakery sits in the historic art deco former post office building on Main Street and was voted the best bakery in Penticton by local readers.
